Movement for every season of life.
My name is Joey Kimmet…
and movement has been at the center of my world for as long as I can remember.
Long before assisted stretch therapy entered the picture, I was chasing adventure across snow, water, and trails, coaching waterskiing, carving down mountains on a snowboard, slicing across glassy lakes behind a ski boat, navigating rivers by kayak, and rolling through singletrack with the dog not far behind. Those experiences taught me something I carry into every session: when the body moves well, life feels better.
That belief eventually led me to the Stretch to Win Institute, where I earned my Level 1 Fascial Stretch Therapist certification. Their science-backed, fascia-focused approach resonated deeply with everything I'd already learned firsthand. FST gave me the tools to help others experience what I'd spent a lifetime chasing: more freedom, more ease, and more confidence in their bodies. Today I'm proud to practice out of MoveRight Performance Therapy and Recovery Center in Morgantown, WV, a space whose commitment to whole-body movement and recovery feels like a natural home for the work I do.
Why I Do This
I work with people of all ages and activity levels — athletes, weekend adventurers, people managing chronic pain, and everyone in between. My goal is simple: help you move better, feel better, and stay connected to the things that bring you joy.
Outside the studio, I'm most at home working with my hands — wrenching on boats and motorcycles, tackling house and garden projects, or just finding an excuse to get outside and build something. I grew up in eastern Montana, where that kind of self-reliance just comes with the territory. My wife and I are happiest on the water, on the slopes, or out on the trail with our dog, the same places that continue to remind me why this work matters
Flow Motion isn't just a service. It's an invitation to move better, feel better, and reconnect with the things that make you feel alive.
